Gotta agree with the Sheriff here. Any one that deals in drugs should get the book thrown at them. At some point these drugs are going to find there way to our schools and your children. That is wrong.

Just the way it works. Sounds like their undercover got made, so they execute a warrant for the vest and outstanding warrants on two members, so whatever other contraband they "suspect", based on the assertion of the undercover, gets tacked on, because the big bust they really wanted got blown.

The press releases like this always make a big deal of the guns and knives they find. There's usually nothing so terribly illegal about these weapons, except that the people in possession of it are either felons themselves or in the commission of some other illegal act, such as using or distributing illegal narcotics.

If it was a really big drug bust, you'd hear about how many pounds or estimated street value, etc. Looks like most of these charges will be for minor personal possession, because that's all they could find.

Sounds like they just arrested everybody and will sort out the charges, individually, later. Other than just ruining their night on the grounds of rather meager cause, most of these folks are gonna walk.

Here's the deal, folks. You can't have it both ways. I believe in freedom as much as anybody, but any real champion should be striving for a higher personal standard, not a lower one. Claiming to be an outlaw and then complaining when you're treated like one just seems to be an enormous waste of energy that could be better spent. If the purpose of the "club" isn't to facilitate and enable the member's harmful addictions to illegal substances, they could do a better job of proving it by getting shed of all that garbage. The only reason these petty raids get any traction at all is because they can always count on drugs being around.

Furcifer, you are right, it was a petty bust just to get publicity for a sheriff that's lousy at his job. They didn't get anything more at the Clubhouse that you wouldn't have found at any given bar that same night.

What was illegal about the Club paraphernalia? Why did they have to confiscate that? Another attack on our freedom. It's easy to say they deserved it when it wasn't done to you.

Whatever happened to innocent until PROVEN guilty? In just one night, they were raided, arrested, brought to trial and found guilty? Now they are drug trafficking, gun toting, killers on their way to the schools to spread their poison?

3 million dollar bond? What were they charged with? And this is okay?

Aggravated robbery for taking back the clubs colors? And where was the aggravated kidnapping? I must have missed that part?

And why do the police always have to tell the media the same thing: "is known to engage in murder, conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder, and conspiracy to traffic in narcotics, robbery, extortion, money laundering, and witness intimidation." when none of it applies to the case they're trying to present? Seems pretty prejudicial, trying to taint people with things they're not even charged with, prior to any formal charges.

Every M.C. in the world, the Patch belongs to Club, not the member. You are told that from the beginning. The police taking that is illegal,...it's okay for them. I feel better about my rights now.

I actually disagree. I should have the right to use drugs if I chose. It is none of our governments business. I don't recall the constitution giving the federal government these kinds of rights.

Our damn country has spent how many billions or trillions on this stupid war on drugs? And for what? I am disgusted when I see stiffer penalties for drugs, than for murder.......

Been gone for years. DUI checkpoints, you are guilty until proven innocent. Same as drug testing. How come our government doesn't require people on unemployment and welfare and such to be randomly drug tested? Just people who work are tested.

Notice in the video, they're handcuffed outside in metal chairs? What was the temp that night, 25 degrees? I wonder how long they sat out there like that?
Of course they're all guilty of crimes at this point and this sort of treatment is written in the law that they voted for.
