I just purchased a set of wild pig mufflers for my 95 stock roadking. My question is what adjustments if any will I need to make regarding air and carb.
Probably none will absolutly be NEEDED. Usually just adding mufflers won't require any. Not to say it can't be tweaked a little, it can. Once they're on, if you feel you have lost some torque, have it tuned. If you start to mess with the carb and air then it should all be tuned together. Good luck.

Check your plugs from time to time. You need to see if it's running lean. If not your ok. If it does run lean you will need to rejet and open the air flow.

Lean means too much air / not enough fuel. If you can afford it, it's always safe to have your bike dyno'd after mods just to be safe.
Just my :2cents:

Replace the stock air cleaner with a high flow Big sucker from Cycle Spot and then spend the money on the dyno tuning. You'll notice a much greater difference in performance than going with just the pipes alone.
