The time at the bottom of the forum says its GMT-5
Whats that?
Something Military Time? No, can't be.
Whats the -5? Is that "minus 5" or just dash 5?
I know this refers to the Eastern Time Zone, but I don't get it.

"24 or 4 to 6, does anyone really know what time it is?"

Wind,

There are 25 integer World Time Zones from -12 through 0 (GMT) to +12. Each one is 15° of Longitude as measured East and West from the Prime Meridian of the World at Greenwich, England. Each Time Zone is measured relative to Greenwich, England.

That is really cool. Puts my USNO atomic clock to shame.

Just looked it up after banging my head against the wall.......

Maalox, I'll bet that's got to hurt his hand after a while.

Pretty soon you'll be complaining about how hot it is in AZ :flamejump

It's about 48 today in Houston and I am freezing my but off. Actually sitting here in my office with a "Mr. Rogers" sweater on.

Already had a taste of AZ from 1979 - 1985 and I'm sorry I ever left.

Right now it's 24 degrees here. :nut:
