I was told the Rush Slip on to prevent any other work in an effort to keep mostly stock.
That in mind, I am looking for suggestions on what style, or other brand of Slip On, will give me the best sound. I am not just looking for loud, but the best tone at idle and throttle..
Suggestions?

Re: Excellent Customer Service
How do you figure they have excellent customer service? I have called them, what- a dozen times and have yet to get through. "Our sales office is not currently open..." all day long?? They have no customer service what so ever... they don't reply to their email inquiries either.
I finally placed the order for the Rush SlipOn 1.75, tried to contact them to change it to the 2.0 - never got through, never got a email response.
Now the order is "in process" for 3 days. I don't know if the damn things have shipped or not, even after paying express drop ship.
I will see when the finally arrive, but I have to say that so far I am far from impressed. I had contacted another online shop with a question regarding the Cycle Shack slipon, they emailed me back and called me about 2 minutes later.

Have no reason to doubt what you are saying so far but this has never happened with me, have put in numerous orders with Cycle Spot and always had prompt service and quick delivery and I am way over in FL

I finally got in touch with them, they have been shut down due to flooding. I would not have been bothered with that had their VM indicated that..
Either way, got things squared away and will not have to wait for the 1.75" that are on B/O and I can get the 2.00 that I really wanted shipped today.

I just, as in last night, put on the Rush 2.0 Baloney cut and fired it up this morning... Swwweeeetttt.... Nice deep tone, not just loud, but sounds incredible. At throttle it sounds great, at idle it sounds great, and I picked up a little extra zip... I would strongly recommend the above SlipOn. Cycle Spot, with Express Delivery, $240.
Thanks to you guys for the recommendations. Getting the front on was a bit of pain in the a$$, as I have foward controls and the brake extend comes right in front of the bracket nut. Off with the peg, under which is an allen bolt, which allows the foot peg mounting assemly and brake lever to come off.. After that it was easy..
Thanks again... I love the sound..
