Ok I am thinking of the K & N air filter kit, race tuner,Rinehart slipons, and a remap ,does anyone know what I can expect as far as mpg ? gain, loss? also thinking of getting the quite baffles with those slipons . Thanks in advance !

free flow exhaust and air filter plus a race tuner equal more gas and air ( and power ).. probably not so good for the mileage though :-) Maybe someone here can come up with some numbers for you.

I have '07 street glide, K&N filter and rinehart slip ons with PCIII. have not had it dynoed. 40 plus mpg. runs great, pulls hard. I would not "waste" money on the quiet baffles as the regular ones are not that loud. Can't tell you that it made a lot of difference over stock because I only had 1000 mi when I upgraded. The 96" was so much more than my hopped up evo that I was still getting used to the power. My opinion is the the PCIII is the way to go since you won't have to pay for the download. My dealer wouldn't "allow" me to put rineharts on w/o voiding my warranty. What he doesn't know won't hurt him

My 08 Ultra With 2500 Miles Now Gets 37 Mpg At 70 Moh With Rhineharts, Screaming Eagle Air Cleaner And Power Command. Maybe 40 If I Keep It In The 60 Mph Range.

Update : every other Sunday we do a southern Mo. ride in the twisties of south central Missouri, @1200 miles bone stock I was getting about 35-37 mpg, same trip 2 Sundays later with Rinehart slip ons, K&N filter, race tuner, and remap I got 35-37 mpg, and the only noticeable difference other than the sound was it seemed to pull a bit better off the bottom. In another side note, I put synthetic oil in on its 1000 service and noticed exactly no difference in the heat.

I had the same set up with SE211 cams, SE HTCC Heads and 95" and I was getting 40+ MPG. So it all depends how you ride too. I have had 40+ days and 37MPG days.
I would suggest the quiet baffles... it's all subjective but your bike has a radio and quiet baffles only quiet it down ~ 2-3db. But I think it sounds better too.
