I posted this in the Engine section but should have posted here as well.

The fix always seems to be a Stage I upgrade, fuel management system and a retune. There is a very cost effective fix for those that don't want to, can't afford to go that route. The new Nightrider 02 IED or the XiED in line enhancement cable will solve the problem for less than $100. Plug n Play, takes about 15 minutes. Does not affect anything else but does richen AFR in closed loop mode where you most ride and does not affect open loop operation. Factory AFR, in closed loop is 14.6 but with XiED 13.8 and with 02 IED 14.2; engine will run cooler, idle better, run better without affecting mileage. This will eliminate the need for fuel mangement and tuning for Stage I upgrades and is great for those guys that want to run stock; cheap and easy. Check the link.

I have a Big Sucker on Order, already have Big Radius pipes installed, and I ordered XiED's tonight.
I'll post after I get them installed.

Have you installed the XiEDs yet?

Yes, I installed them on an 07 super Glide and 07 FXSTC.
I like the results, they both run considerably cooler and smoother.
More power too.
I thought the XiED's would decrease my MPG, but, I am getting 46 MPG.

Sorry to hijack the thread but I see you've got the chopper kit forks on. How's it handling for you?
