Well I think it's time to ride.

I haven't been out for a while, it's been raining, cold, and I've just been too busy with the store and life. Yesterday it was overcast all day, I kept thinking it was night at 2 pm in the afternoon, but today the sun is shining, it's looks to get up to the low 70's and I'm outta here and on my ride.

Which way, hmm thats a toughy, I could head north and get into pine country, I could head south, and end up around the border, or I could just cruise up Mount Lemon (alpine fire Mountain) and kick back up by the snow.

I think I'll flip a three sided coin and just go where my handlebars lead.

I hope everyone had a Happy New Year, and your not too hung over today.

I'm not sure my kidneys are up yet, but I need to put some miles on this Chopper before it goes away.

I'm having a similar delima. Is it a hot-rod deuce kinda day or a cruzin Road King ay??? Oh man what a tough decision.

Jim, Make sure those are easy break in miles on the chopper. You never know who the next owner may be.

Ok guys we just got back. Sorry I wasn't here for all the new members signing up, it looks like we have quite a good start.


Yea David, They were easy miles, this ones allready sold, I just like to put 100 miles or so on them before the customer gets them. I'd hate to have parts falling off of their new bike, and it's a good thing I do this. So far this bike has a leaky PM caliper, The starter is going to be replaced (grinds occasionally) and the carb keeps flooding over, so I have a couple of days of work left in it. But the ride was nice, you really need to try a rigid sometime, they're a blast on the open road.

Maybe this weekend I will get out of computer jail again and get to ride.

Well I'm pleasantly surprised to see the temp will be in mid-sixties this weekend. Just in time for Mid Atlantic Motorcycle Spectacular here in northern Virginia. Lookin' forward to seein' a lot of other bikers with their rides at this event. :wow:
